Quick Start
Getting started with Typr is easy:
- Download the App: Visit typr.com to download Typr for Mac or Windows
- Install: Run the installer and launch Typr
- Start Recording: Click the record button to start capturing your meeting
- Get AI Notes: Typr automatically transcribes and summarizes your meeting
System Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- macOS: macOS 11 (Big Sur) or later
- RAM: 4GB minimum, 8GB recommended
- Storage: 2GB free space for app and AI models
- Processor: Intel or Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3)
- Internet: Required for initial download only (optional for updates)
Recommended Requirements
- RAM: 8GB or more for optimal performance
- Storage: 5GB+ free space for recordings and notes
- Apple Silicon: Fully optimized for M1, M2, M3 chips
macOS Only
Typr currently supports macOS only. Windows and Linux support is on our roadmap.
